1.Payment methods and Security
The Customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered will be increased by the relevant shipping costs and VAT (if not already included). In any case, these fees will be previously communicated to the Client before formalising the purchase.
The purchase receipt corresponding to the order placed will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

All orders are transmitted in an encrypted format. To make sure your order is secure, simply check it in your web browser while in the order section. The Customer must notify THE COMPANY of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that THE COMPANY can take the appropriate steps.
2.Credit card and PAYPAL
In this payment method www.almasecret.com makes a secure connection with the bank gateway sending as the only data the final amount of the purchase. Www.almasecret.com does not manage, store or request at any time your bank details or card number relegating this information to PAYPAL and its secure environment. www.almasecret.com does not charge commissions for using this secure service.
3.Bank transfer
By indicating your order number and your full name as the concept. You can make a bank transfer from your bank or usual bank (payment verification may take 2 to 3 days). If you make the payment by bank transfer from your bank and you want to speed up the delivery of your order, you must send us a transfer receipt from your bank to hello@almasecret.com.
The invoice number will be provided automatically once you have made your purchase.
If payment has not been received within 7 working days (excluding weekends), the order will be cancelled. False orders or attempted fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities. All information necessary to assist in the investigation will be provided.
4.Cash on delivery
You can choose this method of payment. The parcel will be paid to the courier when it is delivered. The price of the cash on delivery will depend on the amount of the order. Check it when you have all the products in the cart and before making the purchase.
